IT Project Management Services

Complex IT initiatives don’t fail for lack of technology — they fail for lack of disciplined delivery. Amazing Projects brings 30+ years of hands-on project and programme leadership across the private, public, defence and banking sectors to plan, govern and deliver your most demanding initiatives.

What we deliver

Project & Programme Management (PMO as a Service)

End-to-end management of IT projects and programmes: planning, governance, risk management, vendor coordination and executive reporting — delivered on-site or as a remote PMO. You get senior delivery leadership without adding permanent headcount.

IT Project Rescue & Recovery

When a project is off the rails, you need an honest assessment before anything else. We audit scope, plan, budget and stakeholder health, reset expectations with sponsors, replan on credible assumptions and stay hands-on until delivery is back under control.

Delivery Governance & Executive Reporting

Steering committees that decide instead of drift. We set up right-sized governance: stage gates, RAG-based status reporting, risk and dependency management, and escalation paths that surface problems while they are still cheap to fix.

Vendor & Contract Delivery Oversight

Independent oversight of system integrators and software vendors: milestone verification, acceptance criteria and commercial alignment — so what was contracted is what gets delivered.

Experience & credentials

Delivery is led personally by our founder — more than 30 years in IT and delivery leadership across the private, public, defence and banking sectors, including complex, multi-vendor programmes for major Greek financial institutions. Credentials include the PMP® (Project Management Professional) and DASSM (Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master) certifications from PMI, backed by an MBA that keeps the business case in focus alongside the plan.

Predictive, agile or hybrid — the method fits the project

We are certified and fluent in both worlds: classic predictive planning where scope, contracts and regulation demand it; Disciplined Agile and Scrum where speed of learning matters; and pragmatic hybrids in between. Governance artefacts follow suit — from milestone plans, RAID logs and stage gates to sprint boards and burn-down reporting. And status is always reported honestly: Red means Red.

Where we deliver

Typical environments: banking and financial services (core-system change, regulatory programmes, test management and migrations), public sector and defence (procurement-driven, multi-stakeholder projects with formal acceptance), and private-sector IT with hard deadlines and distributed vendor teams. If your project involves many parties, strict compliance and no tolerance for surprises — that is our home ground.

How we work

Every engagement starts with a short assessment and ends with measurable results. Fixed scope or time-and-materials, on-site in Athens or remote. No permanent overhead, no surprises in the status report.

Project rescue starts with an honest assessment of scope, plan, budget and stakeholder health. We reset expectations with sponsors, replan on credible assumptions, and stay hands-on until delivery is back under control.

Either. Engagements can be fixed-scope or time-and-materials, on-site in Athens or remote. Every engagement starts with a short assessment and ends with measurable results.
