Do I need to change my digital signage platform?
No. ScreenFeed doesn’t replace your platform — it fills it with content. It supports Yodeck®, Xibo®, Scala® and any system that accepts a web page or RSS.
Who decides what my customers actually see on screen?
You do. AI prepares the summaries, but nothing reaches the screen without human approval. Your team opens the day’s list and picks what runs, and where. On the managed plan we handle curation for you, under your rules.
How often is the content refreshed?
Daily. Sources are read every morning, curation happens before opening hours, and your screens pull the new content automatically — nobody at the store has to touch anything.
Where does the news come from, and what about copyright?
From established Greek news media you select from our catalog. Every story runs as a short summary with explicit source attribution — we never republish full articles or present the content as our own.
Is the content only in Greek?
No. Greek is the default for Greek audiences, but the content language is configured per customer environment. If your locations serve international visitors — hotels, airports, multinational offices — summaries can be produced in the language your audience needs.
When do I choose Cloud, and when Box?
Cloud if you don’t want to deal with infrastructure: we run it, and your environment lives at company.screenfeed.gr. Box if your policy doesn’t allow data off-premises (banks, clinics, public sector): a ready appliance on your site, with your own AI account and full control. Same platform, same capabilities.
